Requirements to participate.  Must be completed by the first day of school or your son can be removed:
1. Must a completed physical from a doctor must use this form to be valid. Must be completed and turned into me by July 24th. Physical form must be uploaded to rank one. 

​2. Must complete the 7 required online participation forms.  RANK ONE FORMS
Complete these forms between Now - JULY 24TH.  Make sure it says  2023-2024 year.

​3. Must purchase the required athletic clothes (Black Shirt and Blue Shorts) through Team D Designs. http://teamddesigns.com 
Purchase these between Now and July 24th.  Your son will receive them the first week of school if you ship to Arbor Creek. 

5. Must sign the signature page of the Arbor Creek Sports Handbook - ACMS Boys Athletics Handbook.  Electronically sign.

DURING THE FOOTBALL SEASON
8th Graders:
Starting the 2nd week of school, you will dress out in the required Arbor Creek Athletic Clothes and be ready by 8:55am. You will meet in the back gym.  You do not have access to the locker rooms before school so come dressed out.  Your workouts will consist of conditioning through running on the track and strength exercises using your body weight.  After workouts, you will walk up with the football team to take showers.  You will take your clothes home to wash.  Once football season is over, you will get a locker if you make the basketball team. 

7th Graders:
Starting the 2nd week of school, you will dress out in the required Arbor Creek Athletic Clothes in the locker room and once done getting dressed you will go to the back gym.  You do not have access to the locker rooms after workouts so you will take your backpack and belongings with you and put the in cubbies right outside the back gym. Your workouts will consist of weight lifting and conditioning.  You will be released everyday at 4:10.  Once football season is over, you will get a locker if you make the basketball team. 

AFTER THE FOOTBALL SEASON WE WILL HAVE BASKETBALL AND CROSS COUNTRY SEASONS FOLLOWED BY TRACK THEN SOCCER.  MORE INFO ON THESE SPORTS LATER IN THE FALL.
