Requirements to participate. Must be completed by July 24th:
1. A completed physical from a doctor. Can be found at the bottom of this page. Please upload the physical to rank one. If you cannot figure this out, then email me the physical.
2. Must complete the 7 required online participation forms. RANK ONE FORMS
Complete these forms between Now - July 24th. Make sure it says 2023-2024 year.
3. Must purchase the required athletic clothes (Black Shirt and Blue Shorts) through Team D Designs. TEAMDDESIGNS REQUIRED ATHLETIC CLOTHES
Purchase these by July 10th. Your son will receive them at football fittings if you ship to school.
4. Must sign the signature page of the Arbor Creek Sports Handbook 2023-2024 ATHLETIC HANDBOOK. Sign digital signature on last of handbook.
We provide the following football equipment at no charge:
1. Helmet – conforms to all NCAA rules
2. Practice and Game Jerseys
3. Practice and Game Pants
4. Belt
5. Shoulder Pads
6. Mouthpiece
7. Locker with lock
You must purchase (not provided by ACMS):
1. Cleats – school colors (blue, grey, white, black, combination of those, etc…)
2. Girdle – any brand, any color . GIRDLES LINK
3. Athletic uniform – black shirt, blue shorts (8th graders can use theirs from last year if you still have them). You can purchase these for $30.00 at teamddesigns.com. Click on Arbor Creek then the required ACMS athletic wear.
